Oppo is reportedly working on the Reno 14 series for the Chinese market. Similar to how the brand previously skipped the “Reno 4” branding, there is speculation that the upcoming models might launch as the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro instead. However, until more concrete leaks emerge, it’s reasonable to refer to the lineup as the Reno 14 series. In a recent Weibo post, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that the next-generation Reno series is arriving soon. The leak provides early details about the phones’ design, display sizes, and hardware upgrades.
Oppo Reno 14 series display, design details

According to the leak, the upcoming Reno lineup will completely abandon curved screens in favor of a uniform flat display design across the series. The larger model, which appears to be the Reno 14 Pro, is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS panel, while the mid-tier variant, the Reno 14, will get a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS screen. These displays are said to adopt narrow bezels and pronounced rounded corners (big R-angle), giving the phones a sleek but symmetrical appearance.
Oppo also appears to be adopting a more premium build for the new series, including a metallic mid-frame and a robust IP68/69 water resistance rating. Notably, the smartphones are set to debut a new-generation silicon battery with a capacity that starts with “6”, likely exceeding 6,000mAh.
The Reno 14 series’ imaging system is also being upgraded, with the entire lineup focused on delivering a slim form factor with strong camera performance. Like the previous generation, the brand will stack the Reno 14 series against the latest iPhones.
A recent leak by SmartPrix, which carried the above image of the Reno 14 Pro, revealed that it will feature a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (3,5x periscope) telephoto camera. The report also claimed that the device will feature a new push-type and customizable hardware button instead of an Alert Slider.
