Vivo launched the Vivo X200, X200 Pro Mini, and X200 Pro as the world’s first phones powered by the Dimensity 9400 chip in October 2024. As per reports, the brand is now working on the X300 series of smartphones, which may break cover in September this year. Well ahead of the launch, tipster Digital Chat Station has released a Weibo post to leak what appears to be the specifications of the standard X300 Pro Mini.
Vivo X300 Pro Mini key specifications

Under the hood, the vivo X300 Pro Mini is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 platform, MediaTek’s next-generation flagship chip that’s expected to debut in September. Early Geekbench 6 scores of the D9500 suggest that it can achieve a single-core score of above 3,900 and multi-core results exceeding 11,000, promising stellar performance.
The X300 Pro Mini’s rear camera setup is said to include a 50-megapixel IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, supported by a precision optical focus prism module. The leak also states that the X300 Pro Mini will support wireless charging and offer high-level waterproofing.
There are some doubts about the final marketing name of this device. While the screen size suggests that it could be called the Vivo X300 Pro Mini, there have been reports that the brand may launch it as the Vivo X300.
