Reports suggest that Vivo may unveil the Vivo X300 series in September in China, likely including the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. Now, a device believed to be the X300, powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset, has appeared on Geekbench.

As can be seen above, a forthcoming Vivo smartphone with model number V2509A has emerged in the database of the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The said device has already bagged radio certification in China, indicating that its launch may not be far away. According to Chinese tech bloggers, this device appears to be the standard Vivo X300.
As per the Geekbench listing, the Vivo X300 is equipped with the alleged upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, which includes a single CPU core working at 4.21GHz. It also includes three CPU cores operating at 3.50GHz and four CPU cores clocked at 2.7GHz. For graphics, it features the Mali-G1-Ultra-MC12 GPU.
The said chipset is also expected to power the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, which are expected to launch in October in China. The Honor Magic 8 Mini, a compact flagship phone expected to debut next year, is also said to feature the D9500 SoC. Rumors are rife that the chip will be officially unveiled on Sept. 22 in China.
Coming back to the Vivo X300’s Geekbench listing, it further reveals that the device is equipped with 16GB of RAM and Android 16, which will have a layer of FunTouch OS 16.
According to reports, the Vivo X300 Pro has the V2502A model number. It is also said to have a V250DA variant equipped with support for messaging via Beidou satellite.
