Recent reports have suggested that the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will debut as the first Dimensity 9500-powered smartphones in October in China. With the launch only a few weeks away, Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao has continued to share new details about the X300 series. After revealing camera details earlier this week, he is back with a teaser showcasing the display design of the Vivo X300.
Vivo X300 display details confirmed

As shown above, Vivo is comparing the Vivo X300 with the iPhone 16 Pro. Speculation suggests that the X300 will feature a 6.3-inch OLED panel similar to the iPhone 16 Pro.
According to Boxiao, thanks to LIPO technology, the Vivo X300 will have significantly narrower edges with ultra-thin bezels on all four sides. He added that with wide R-angles, the display will deliver a visually impressive experience along with a comfortable in-hand feel.
The panel will feature the BOE Q10+, a customized screen developed in collaboration with BOE. It promises higher brightness, reduced colour shift, and better power efficiency. In addition, it will provide more natural color reproduction with ZEISS Master Color display and ZEISS Natural Color technology.
The Vivo X300 series display will also support 2160Hz PWM dimming and DC dimming, allowing users to choose between the two for an improved viewing experience. OriginOS 6 adds a new Eye Care feature, offering all-weather, all-scenario, and comprehensive eye protection.
Under the hood, the Vivo X300 is expected to come with the Dimensity 9500 chipset and a 6,000mAh battery with 90W charging. For photography, it will be equipped with a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB primary camera, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
