Oppo has officially confirmed that it will hold a launch event on Oct. 16 to unveil the Find X9 series. Apart from confirming the launch date, the company’s Find series Product Manager, Zhou Yibao, has shared official renders of the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro for the first time.
Oppo Find X9 series design revealed
According to Yibao, the Find X9 will be available in shades like Velvet Titanium, Frost White, and Mist Black. On the other hand, the Find X9 Pro will be available in Velvet Titanium and Frost White.
Yibao also said that apart from these colours, the Find X9 duo will be available in a special colour, which the company has already teased. This could be a special red variant, which could be called Chasing Light Red.
As can be seen in the images, the Find X9 series features a completely new camera module compared to the Find X8 lineup. While the Find X8 series featured a round camera module, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are confirmed to feature a square camera module positioned at the top-left corner.
The Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will come equipped with the Dimensity 9500 chipset. The standard model will feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED screen and a 7,025mAh battery, whereas the Pro edition will house a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED screen and a 7,500mAh battery. Both phones will support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Oppo Find X9 series is also confirmed to launch globally. While the brand is yet to confirm the global launch date, it is said to be scheduled to go official on Oct. 28.
