Realme has been gradually teasing its upcoming flagship, the Realme GT 8 Pro, in China. While the device is scheduled to launch in October, the brand has already shared key details about it. As can be seen, the Realme GT 8 Pro’s display has super-slim bezels on all four sides, and it has well-rounded R-corners. Instead of the micro-quad-curved design seen on the previous generation, the new model adopts a flat design. While the company has not confirmed the display size yet, it has revealed that it will feature a custom-made BOE Q10+ screen.

Realme has also confirmed that the GT 8 Pro’s screen supports 1,000 nits manual brightness, 2,000 nits global brightness, and 7,000 nits peak brightness. It supports 1 nit low brightness for eye comfort, full-range DC dimming, and circular polarisation. With a 144Hz refresh rate, upgraded haptics, and enhanced stereo speakers, the screen is designed to deliver flagship-level gaming and multimedia experiences.

Realme has also confirmed that the Realme GT 8 Pro will come preloaded with Realme UI 7.0, which will be overlaid on the Android 16 OS. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging.

The Realme GT 8 Pro will have an R1 graphics chip for an enhanced gaming experience. Its rear-facing triple camera setup will include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. For security, it will feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The other details of the phone are under wraps.
