OnePlus will launch two flagship phones in October in China. While the OnePlus 15 is officially confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the Ace 6 could be equipped with last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Today, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station released the following Weibo post to reveal key details about the Ace 6.

According to the tipster, the OnePlus Ace 6’s OLED panel will support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, he has not mentioned the exact size, but previous leaks have claimed that it could be a 6.83-inch panel. The screen will be integrated with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner for security.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 6 will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a massive 7,800mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It will arrive in multiple configurations, such as 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
The Ace 6 will run on ColorOS 16-based Android 16 and will weigh around 214 grams. It will be sold in shades like Black, Quick Silver, and Flash White.
Speculations are rife that a modified version of the OnePlus Ace 6 will be released as the OnePlus 15R in India. It is also speculated that the OnePlus 15R will have better cameras than the Ace 6. Unfortunately, accurate details of both smartphones are not available yet. In China, the Ace 6 is expected to face competition from other Snapdragon 8 Elite phones, such as Realme GT 8, iQOO Neo 11, and Redmi K90.
The OnePlus 15 is expected to launch in November or December globally. It remains to be seen whether the 15R debuts alongside it or will be announced separately.
