Honor GT 2 series display leak

As per the leak, both Honor GT 2 and GT 2 Pro will be equipped with a 6.83-inch display that supports an ultra-high 165Hz refresh rate along with a 1.5K resolution. The same combination was recently seen on the OnePlus Ace 6, which recently debuted in China. However, the tipster did not share anything else about the GT 2 lineup.
Previous-generation Honor GT series phones have featured the top-tier Snapdragon 8-series chipset. Therefore, the GT 2 lineup is also expected to pack the latest Snapdragon 8-series processors.
Some speculations suggest that the Honor GT 2 could be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, whereas the Pro edition could feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
Some reports have also claimed that the GT 2 could be equipped with lethal specs, such as up to 24GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage, and a massive 8,800mAh battery with 100W charging. The series is also expected to come with other features, such as MagicOS 10-based Android 16, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, and a metal middle frame.
