iQOO is gearing up to launch the iQOO 15R in India on Feb. 24, and ahead of the announcement, the company has shared a fresh look at the smartphone. A new Dark Knight color option has now been revealed, adding to the previously teased checkered design variant. Here’s a look at what to expect from the device.
iQOO 15R’s Dark Knight Edition

The Dark Knight variant of the iQOO 15R comes with a deep black finish that gives the phone a clean and understated appearance. According to iQOO, the color is meant to reflect a minimal yet confident design language.
iQOO has already confirmed that the iQOO 15R will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and will run OriginOS 6 out of the box. The company has also claimed an AnTuTu score exceeding 3.5 million, indicating flagship-grade performance. Pricing is expected to stay under Rs 55,000 ($600), based on early hints from the official listing.
Rumors suggests that the iQOO 15R could be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z11 Turbo, which debuted recently in China. The Z11 Turbo features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution, along with a large 7,600mAh battery supporting 100W charging.
Camera hardware on the Z11 Turbo includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 32-megapixel front camera. Additional features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, reverse wired charging, and IP68 and IP69 ratings.
The iQOO 15R is expected to rival the OnePlus 15R, which also features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. There’s a possibility that iQOO’s offering may undercut the OnePlus 15R.
