Vivo is expected to unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra later this month in China. Ahead of the launch, information shared by tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the phone may introduce several design and imaging changes compared with its predecessor.
Vivo X300 Ultra display, camera details emerge

The leak claims that the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 6.82-inch display supplied by BOE. The panel is expected to deliver a 2K+ resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology for adaptive refresh control. Unlike the curved displays used previously, the new model is tipped to adopt a flat screen with regular rounded corners and extremely narrow bezels on all four sides.
This change signals a shift in design direction, as several flagship phones are gradually moving back to flat panels. Apart from display changes, the tipster also mentioned that the phone will have a battery that is slightly larger than the Vivo X300 Pro. However, it may not reach the previously rumoured 7,000mAh capacity.
Earlier reports suggest that the phone could feature a triple camera setup that includes two 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The main camera is said to be a customised Sony LYTIA 901 sensor, while the second 200-megapixel sensor could power the periscope telephoto lens. Vivo may also add a multispectral sensor to improve colour accuracy in complex lighting.
In addition to the camera hardware, Vivo is reportedly preparing multiple telephoto accessories. Besides the 400mm telephoto converter that the brand has already showcased at the MWC 2026, the tipster hinted that another accessory has not yet surfaced. This additional telephoto option is said to be designed for everyday photography enthusiasts rather than only professional users.
