Vivo has confirmed that it will unveil the Vivo T5x 5G on March 17 in India. It will be the first of several T5-series smartphones expected to launch this year. Ahead of the announcement, the company has revealed the phone’s design, color variants, and a few key specifications.
Vivo T5x 5G design, key specs confirmed

As seen in the teaser image, the Vivo T5x 5G will arrive in white and green color options. The device features a flat display with a punch-hole cutout on the front and rounded corners. On the back, it houses a dual-camera setup accompanied by a ring-shaped LED flash module.
Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo T5x 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset. Under the hood, the device will pack a 7,200mAh battery with 45W charging support.
The smartphone will run **OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Additionally, it will feature an IP68/IP69-rated dust and water-resistant chassis. Other specifications of the device remain under wraps for now.
Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is also set to announce the iQOO Z11x 5G on March 12 in India. To recall, the iQOO Z10x and Vivo T4x launched last year were rebranded versions of each other. Therefore, the T5x appears to be a rebadged version of the Z11x.
The iQOO Z11x is said to come with 8GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It also features a 32-megapixel front camera with 4K recording support, military-grade shock protection, 44W wired charging, and reverse charging. The device is promised to receive two years of OS upgrades and four years of security updates, and these specifications are also expected to be available on the Vivo T5x.
