In September this year, Xiaomi may unveil the Xiaomi 18, Xiaomi 18 Pro, and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max as successors to last year’s Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. Reports have revealed that the entire lineup will be equipped with 200-megapixel cameras. It is being said that while the Xiaomi 18 will get a single 200-megapixel camera as a periscope telephoto camera, the Pro variants could sport dual 200-megapixel cameras. In a new leak, tipster Digital Chat Station has seemingly revealed details of the Xiaomi 18 Pro.
Xiaomi 18 Pro key details tipped

According to the leak, the Xiaomi 18 Pro will arrive with a major improvement in the camera department. DCS revealed that the rear camera setup will include a 200-megapixel large-sensor primary camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. While it is not mentioned in the leak, the setup may include a 50-megapixel camera for ultra-wide shots.
The leak further states that the Xiaomi 18 Pro, despite being a compact smartphone, will house a large battery of around 7,000mAh capacity. It is also said to include other features, such as an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, full-fledged wireless charging, and full-level water resistance.
Xiaomi introduced a secondary display on the Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max last year. So, it is likely that the 18 Pro models will continue to feature it, but this time it could be more versatile than before.
Under the hood, all three phones are said to be equipped with the next-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, which will be built on a 2nm process. The Xiaomi 18 Ultra, which is rumored to arrive by the end of the year in China, could pack the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro.
