In the past few days, Vivo has confirmed several details about the X300 Ultra. Today, the brand rolled out a poster to reveal key information about the other specs of the phone. Here’s a look at what to expect from Vivo’s next-generation flagship.
Vivo X300 Ultra key details revealed

As seen in the poster, the Vivo X300 Ultra’s display will support 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. While the previous generation featured a micro-quad-curved screen, the X300 Ultra will have a completely flat display.
Unlike the X300 and X300 Pro, which came with the Dimensity 9500, the X300 Ultra houses the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo X300 Ultra will support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. The brand has yet to confirm its battery size, but reports suggest it packs a 6,600mAh unit. Despite the large battery, the X300 Ultra is confirmed to have a slim profile of 8.19mm.
The X300 Ultra also includes other features, such as a custom-made 1697 top-firing speaker and a 0.8cc large sound cavity. For enhanced audio during video recording, it is equipped with four microphones. It also features a 751440 vibration motor for improved haptics.
As seen in the image, the Vivo X300 Ultra also lacks an Action button, which was available on the X200 Ultra. It will be offered in black, silver, and green color options. The X300 Ultra is set to debut alongside the X300s and Pad 6 Pro on March 30 in China.
