Oppo has just confirmed that it will announce the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s Pro on April 21 in China. A couple of months later, the brand is expected to unveil the Find X10 series of smartphones. Initial reports have revealed that the lineup may include three models, such as the Find X10, X10 Pro, and X10 Pro Max. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, has revealed that the Pro variant may feature triple 200-megapixel cameras.
Oppo Find X10 Pro Max camera details emerge
Speculation is rife that the Find X10 Pro and X10 Pro Max may pack the same set of cameras. However, while the Pro variant could be a smaller device, the Pro Max may have a larger form factor.
The new leak suggests Oppo could be planning to replace the 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera on the Find X10 Pro and Pro Max with a 200-megapixel sensor. This means the rear camera setup may comprise a 200-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor size, a 200-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 1/1.5-inch sensor size, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor size.
The same source previously claimed that the Find X10 Pro Max could be equipped with a brand-new 200-megapixel Samsung HPC sensor for the primary camera. Details about the sensors for the other cameras are not known yet.
These devices are expected to run on ColorOS 17-based Android 17. Under the hood, the Find X10 could be equipped with the Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, whereas the Pro models may arrive with the 2nm Dimensity 9600 SoC.
The Find X10 Ultra is also said to be in the works. Some reports also suggest that the brand is accelerating its launch and is likely to break cover by the end of this year in China. This device could be equipped with dual periscope cameras and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset.
