According to a Weibo post by tipster Smart Pikachu, the OnePlus 16 could feature a 200-megapixel camera that’s associated with Realme. For those unfamiliar, Realme has already launched a couple of phones with 200-megapixel cameras, such as the Realme GT 8 Pro, Realme 16 Pro, and 16 Pro+.

All these Realme phones are equipped with the Samsung HP5 sensor for the 200-megapixel camera. Therefore, there is a high possibility that the OnePlus 16 may also feature a Samsung HP5 periscope telephoto camera.

As far as other cameras are concerned, reports have revealed that the OnePlus 16’s rear-facing triple camera setup will have a 50-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it may feature a 32-megapixel front camera.

On the front, it may feature a 1.5K resolution OLED panel with support for 200Hz or 240Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it could be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, which will have support for LPDDR6 RAM. It is expected to have a massive 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
