Oppo has confirmed the launch timeline of its upcoming F33 series in India, with teasers now highlighting its camera-focused approach. The lineup, which includes the Oppo F33 and F33 Pro, is being positioned around selfie performance, with several new features already revealed ahead of the official announcement.
Oppo F33 series’ key details confirmed

The Oppo F33 Pro is confirmed to feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide front camera with a 100-degree field of view, aimed at capturing more subjects in a single frame. It also supports an automatic switch to a wider angle when multiple people are detected, helping users frame group selfies more easily. To further improve results, the device includes a face correction system that adjusts proportions for up to six people in one shot.
Oppo is also introducing several software-driven features to enhance imaging. These include AI Groupfie Expert, which improves framing and composition, and AI Portrait Glow, which adjusts lighting conditions in real time for more balanced results. The series also brings a Colourful Front Fill Light system designed to improve low-light selfies with softer lighting tones.
The F33 series also introduces creative tools such as Popout mode, which allows users to create layered images directly within the camera interface. Dual-View Video is another addition, enabling simultaneous recording from both front and rear cameras, making it suitable for vlogs and reaction videos.
On the rear, both models are expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. The overall camera layout has been refreshed with a new Starry Sea Lens module that presents a cleaner and more structured look. The Oppo F33 Pro will also feature a 6.57-inch flat display and is designed to offer a comfortable in-hand experience. Buyers will be able to choose from three shades, such as Misty Forest, Passion Red, and Starry Blue.
With the launch scheduled for April 15, more details including pricing and full specifications will be revealed soon.
