A leak shared by tipster Digital Chat Station back in January revealed the screen sizes of the alleged Honor Magic 9, Honor Magic 9 Pro, and Honor Magic 9 RSR. Now, in a fresh leak, he appears to have revealed some details about the standard Magic 9.
Purported Honor Magic 9’s key details tipped

DCS previously claimed that the standard version of the Honor Magic 9 series will feature a 6.36-inch display, while the Pro or Pro Max model will have a 6.85-inch flat screen. The Magic 9 RSR was also said to feature a 6.85-inch display, similar to the Pro / Pro Max edition.
In a new leak, DCS has seemingly revealed more details about what appears to be the standard Magic 9. The leak reiterates that the device could be equipped with a 6.36-inch display, likely aligning with the screen sizes of other flagship phones such as the Vivo X500 and Xiaomi 18.
He claimed that the device is currently being tested with a battery close to 8,000mAh. This aligns with a recent leak that said that the Magic 9 series will have 8K and 9K sized batteries. This suggests that the battery capacity may exceed that of the OnePlus 15T, which offers a 7,500mAh battery alongside a compact 6.32-inch display.
He also mentioned that the Magic 9 will include additional features such as a periscope telephoto camera, wireless charging, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. However, the rest of the specifications of the device remain under wraps.
Honor unveiled the Honor Magic 8 series in October last year, and there is a possibility that the Magic 9 lineup may debut around the same time this year. Similar to last year, the initial models could be powered by a Snapdragon chipset, most likely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
