Today, Jia Jingdong, the Vivo China Vice President and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, released a Weibo post to talk about Vivo’s collaboration with the Hangzhou Asian Games. The Weibo post has images of two upcoming devices, the Vivo X90S and the iQOO 11S.
As can be seen in the below images, the Vivo X90S moniker is clearly mentioned on its box. In all likelihood, the green colored iQOO phone could be the iQOO 11S. Reports have revealed that the iQOO 11S will be the first to feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset.
The iQOO 11S is said to house a 4,700mAh battery with incredibly fast charging speeds of up to 200W. In terms of photography, the device is speculated to come equipped with an impressive 50-megapixel main camera utilizing the Sony IMX866 sensor. Additionally, the smartphone is said to feature a dedicated display chip for optimized visual performance.
The rest of the specifications are expected to be similar to the iQOO 11 5G model. It is expected to launch by early July in China.
The upcoming Vivo X90S for the Chinese market is expected to feature the powerful Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset, ensuring impressive performance. It is also rumored to include the Vivo V2 ISP for enhanced image processing capabilities. Additionally, the device will support WiFi 7 for faster wireless connectivity
The Vivo X90S will introduce a new green color option, adding to its visual appeal. While most specifications are expected to be similar to the Vivo X90, the device will bring these notable upgrades. The launch of the Vivo X90S is scheduled for around June 20, offering users a highly anticipated smartphone option.
