iQOO is reportedly working on a new phone called the iQOO Neo 6. A Vivo phone with a V2196A model number was certified by the TENAA authority of China earlier this month. This device is expected to launch with the iQOO Neo6 moniker in the home market. Tipster Bald is Panda has released renders of the alleged iQOO Neo6 to reveal its design. The images also hint at the launch date of the device.
The iQOO Neo6’s leaked renders show that it is equipped with a centrally positioned punch-hole. The other image shown below seems to have surfaced on JD.com. It reveals that the device has a square-shaped camera module with three cameras and an LED flash inside it.
The right edge of the iQOO Neo6 seems to feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The right side of the device has a volume rocker and a power key. It is being speculated that the number “13” mentioned in the first image could be a hint that it may launch on April 13 in China. Previous reports have claimed that the device will be launched in the first half of April.
The tipster has also revealed that the iQOO Neo6 will be arriving in two variants, such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It may come in blue, orange, and black colors.
Earlier this month, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed a few details about the iQOO Neo6. He revealed that the device has an AMOLED E5 display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset might be present under the hood of the device. It may house a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. It may borrow some of its other specifications from the iQOO Neo5s, which debuted in December 2021 in China.
