In China, iQOO is offering three Z10 series smartphones. These include the Z10x, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro. While the Z10x is an entry-level offering, the Turbo and Turbo Pro are powered by the Dimensity 8400 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipsets. Now, a new leak reveals that the brand could be gearing up to launch the most powerful Z10-series phone.
iQOO Z10, Z10 Turbo+ tipped to be in the works
As per the leak, iQOO is gearing up to launch two Z-series phones in China. The first one is said to pack an 8,000mAh battery, whereas the other will be performance-focused, featuring the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
To recall, iQOO unveiled the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ equipped with the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip and a 6,400mAh battery in September last year. Therefore, the upcoming Z10-series phone with the Dimensity 9400+ could be the successor to the Z9 Turbo+. Likely, the device may hit the Chinese market with the Z10 Turbo Pro+ moniker.
There’s a possibility that the rest of the Z10 Turbo+ specifications could be identical to the Z10 Turbo Pro. Likely, the Plus edition may pack a larger battery.
As far as the iQOO Z-series phone with the 8,000mAh battery is concerned, it seems that the tipster could be referring to the iQOO Z10. For those who don’t know, while the company is offering the iQOO Z10 in the global market, it is yet to launch a Z10 phone in China. Likely, China will receive a different Z10 featuring an 8,000mAh battery and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip.
