Recently, we’d already heard that the upcoming OnePlus 9 series smartphones are already in work, and could debut as early as March next year.
Right now, a mysterious OnePlus smartphone bearing the model number Luban LW2117 has made its appearance on Geekbench 5 along with some of its key specs.
Since its model number coincides with the leaked model number of the OnePlus 9 Pro, it is likely that this device we’re looking at here is actually a working prototype of the OnePlus 9 Pro.
According to the benchmark listing, the alleged OnePlus 9 Pro will be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM in the memory department.
The device achieved an impressive score of 1,122 points for its single-core benchmark test, as well as 2,733 points for its multi-cores test. Bearing in mind that the device tested is likely to be a prototype phone, its actual scores may be slightly higher than what we saw here.
Other than the OnePlus 9 series smartphones, OnePlus is also currently working on the OnePlus Nord SE as well as the OnePlus Nord 2 (codenamed Denniz) that are slated to be launched next year.
In case you’d missed out, OnePlus had recently launched a new OnePlus 8T (Review) flagship in the local market.
