iQOO will be launching the all-new iQOO 7 smartphone on January 11th later this month. Prior to its launch, iQOO had already released a teaser showing off the rear design of the device which seems to be the BMW special edition variant of the iQOO 7.
Right now, an alleged live image of the iQOO 7 had also made rounds on Chinese Weibo revealing a different rear design as the BMW edition variant which we saw earlier on. This variant, which is expected to be the standard variant, has a textured back donned in a Black paint job. Other than the Black variant, the iQOO 7 is said to be available in a Blue variant as well.
From what we’d learned so far, the iQOO 7 will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset and is in fact the first smartphone to be launched with this chip in 2021. The device recently appears on AnTuTu with an impressive score of 752,935 points.
Furthermore, it was also revealed that the device will be equipped with a blazing-fast 12GB LPDDR5 RAM coupled with 256GB UFS 3.1 flash storage in the memory department. Besides that, the phenomenal 120W flash charging technology which we first saw on the iQOO 5 Pro will also be present on the upcoming iQOO 7.
Sad to say, there still isn’t any information pertaining to the triple rear cameras of the iQOO 7 even though its speculated to be pretty close to the recently announced Vivo X60 series smartphones.
