The Redmi K50 and K50 Pro are powered by the Dimensity 8100 and Dimensity 9000 chipsets, respectively. Both smartphones are equipped with OLED panels that support a Quad HD+ resolution. On the other hand, the more powerful Redmi K50G has a Full HD+ display. So, it looks like Redmi might make a flagship phone with a Quad HD+ display and a Snapdragon 8-series chipset.

According to the tipster, the second half of 2022 will see a smartphone featuring a flat display that supports a Quad HD+ resolution. The screen will have a punch-hole design. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. He has also claimed that there could be a Dimensity chipset variant of the device. It will have a large battery that will carry support for 100W charging.

Redmi is yet to confirm the existence of the Redmi K50 Ultra. So, it’s best to wait until more news comes out to learn more about the alleged device.
