It can be said based on the new leak that the alleged Redmi K80 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite (aka. Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) chipset. The device will house a 6,000mAh silicon-based battery with a high energy density, ensuring a slim profile despite the significant battery size increase.

The leak also reveals that the device will have support for 100W fast charging and wireless charging. To recall, the Redmi K70 Pro from last year remained exclusive to the Chinese market. Therefore, the K80 Pro may not launch outside of China.

The K80 lineup is expected to include multiple models, such as the Redmi K80e and the Redmi K80. According to reports, the K80e may feature the upcoming Dimensity 8400, whereas the K80 could be blessed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Globally, the Redmi K80 may get rebadged as the Poco F7. On the other hand, the K80e may get repackaged as the Poco X7 Pro in markets outside of China. Both of these Poco devices are expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025.
