Vivo will announce the Vivo X200 series of smartphones on Oct. 14 in China. Rumors suggest that the company will unveil a third model, the Vivo X200 Mini, in addition to the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro. While the rumor mill has dubbed it the Vivo X200 Mini, there is no information about its official moniker. Yesterday, tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the camera specifications of the Vivo X200, and now he is back with a new leak that reveals the camera configurations of the alleged mini variant.
The leak suggests that the Vivo X200 will have a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with an f/2.57 aperture and a 70mm focal length. These cameras are also said to be available on the Vivo X200.
The new leak suggests that the Vivo X200 Mini will have a different primary camera than the X200. While the X200 is said to have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera, the X200 Mini is expected to feature a Sony IMX06C main camera with the same megapixel count. Like the X200, the mini model is expected to support 10x hybrid zoom.
The Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are expected to feature a 6.78-inch display with micro-quad-curved edges. Conversely, the X200 Mini might boast a flat, 6.3-inch or 6.4-inch display.
All the Vivo X200 models, including the mini variant, are expected to feature the Dimensity 9400 chipset. The lineup will come preloaded with OriginOS 5-based Android 15. The series is expected to support 90W fast charging and the mini model may house a 5,600mAh battery.
