Since the previous year, there have been reports suggesting that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s could be one of the first smartphone to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 SoC. Right now, a mysterious smartphone codenamed ‘Polaris’ had been spotted on AnTuTu benchmark which revealed an incredibly impressive score of more than 270K points.
This mysterious handset according to reports out of China, is likely to be the upcoming Mi Mix 2 which could make its debut during the MWC 2018 held in Barcelona. Surely, the score obtained by the alleged Mi Mix 2 is way higher than that of most other flagship devices including the Huawei Mate 10 Pro which scored less than 220K points.
Although there isn’t much information on the Mi Mix 2 so far, but the rumor mills have it that the new flagship will come with an even greater screen-to-body ratio of more than 95% this time round. Hardware-wise, the device is expected to be shipped with 6GB worth of RAM as well as 128GB internal storage space. However, what most Xiaomi fans are curious about is probably whether the Mi Mix 2 will finally be featuring a dual-camera setup.
