Earlier on, we reported that Meizu will be announcing their upcoming Meizu M6S smartphone with 18:9 widescreen display on January 17th later this month. Right now, another hands-on video of the device had been leaked once again, showing off a familiar design similar to those we’d seen from the earlier leaks.
What’s interesting here however, is that the video allegedly shows that the device could be unlocked through an under-the-screen fingerprint sensor – which we believe is unlikely judging at the location where the user’s thumb is placed. From what we guess, it’s probably just an animation of the unlock screen and nothing more than that.
According to earlier reports, the Meizu M6S is expected to come with a fingerprint sensor which is mounted on the right-side of the device slightly below the Power button.
