Last week, AnTuTu released the list of top 10 best performing flagship phones in the Chinese market for the month of March. Right now, the company is back with the top 10 list for the global market as well.
As usual, the data source of this ranking was culminated from AnTuTu Benchmark V8 from March 1st to 31st. It’s worth noting that the average score was calculated from more than 1,000 devices, and may continue to change as more devices are being benchmarked.
For the month of March, the biggest winner is definitely the Samsung’s Galaxy S20 flagship series with the top 4 positions entirely dominated by the S20 smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is the new top-scorer on AnTuTu after achieving an impressive score of 562,262 points. This device is driven by the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC and has a top-tier memory configuration consisting of 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage.
In the second position, we have the Samsung Galaxy S20+ which is also powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC along with the same memory configuration. The third position is an interesting one. Although it is also held by the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but this variant runs on the Exynos 990 platform instead of Snapdragon 865 SoC. Coupled with a reduced storage space of 128GB, the performance of this variant is significantly lower than that of its Snapdragon 865 counterpart.
From the forth to tenth positions, they will be dominated by the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (Exynos 990), Asus ROG Phone 2, Samsung Galaxy S20 (Exynos 990), Samsung Galaxy S20+ (Exynos 990), OnePlus 7T, Realme X2 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro.
You may have realize about the stark contrast between the top 10 list for the Chinese market and global market. This is because, recently announced flagship phones including the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, OPPO Find X2 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro are omitted from last month’s ranking as they are still not widely available in the global market.
