A new report by Digitimes apparently suggest that Apple is currently working on their latest micro-LED displays in a secret factory based in Taiwan.
From what we understand this micro-LED display not only support high resolution for the screen, they are also much more power efficient as compared to any other displays available in the market probably due to the fact that it’ll be much thinner as well. This will no doubt be the solution to improve battery life for the upcoming iPhones.
If this become successful, it will definitely be the strongest challenger to the OLED display which is one of the highest grade display we have so far.
