Although there still isn’t any official confirmation on the launch date of the highly anticipated iPhone 12 series devices, but speculations were rife that the new generation’s iPhone will debut later this month.
Ahead of their official launch, the A14 Bionic chipset that is expected to be driving the new iPhone 12 series phones has been spotted on Geekbench along with its benchmark scores.
Apparently, the A14 Bionic chip had attained a mind blowing scores of 1,538 points and 4,198 points respectively for its single-core and multi-cores performance tests.
In contrast, the upcoming Snapdragon 875 and Exynos 1000 (via GSMArena) only attain a score of 1,159 points and 1,302 respectively for their single-core tests, and 4,090 points and 4,250 points respectively for their multi-cores tests.
Despite all these recent leaks suggesting that the A14 Bionic chips will boast higher performance than other upcoming flagship chips, but a recent AnTuTu benchmark of the alleged iPhone 12 Pro Max revealed that the overall performance of the iPhone 12 series devices could still be falling behind some of the current Snapdragon 865-powered smartphones.
Whatever it is, the iPhone 12 series will still be among the best flagship phones this year.
