Black Shark 4S launch date is now confirmed. The gaming-focused brand will take off covers from the Black Shark 4S at 3 PM (local time) on Oct. 13 in China.
Rumors have it that the lineup will include two models namely, the Black Shark 4S and Black Shark 4S Pro. The poster released by the brand reveals that the Black Shark 4S will be sporting a gaming-centric design and a horizontal triple camera unit.
Recent reports have claimed that the Black Shark 4S’ triple camera system will feature a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro unit. It appears that the smartphone will feature the same triple camera unit that was made available on the Black Shark 4, which debuted earlier this year. At present, there is no information available on the other specs of the 4S.
The Black Shark 4 Pro came with a 144Hz AMOLED display, support for 120W fast charging, and Snapdragon 888 SoC. It is speculated that the Black Shark 4S Pro will feature the same display and fast charging technology. However, instead of the Snapdragon 888 SoC, it may come equipped with the more powerful Snapdragon 888 Plus chip.
The 64-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (macro) triple camera system that was made available on the Black Shark 4 Pro is also speculated to be retained on the Black Shark 4S Pro. The other details of the Black Shark 4S duo are under wraps. The company is expected to confirm more details on the 4S lineup before the launch event.
