American smartphone maker BLU has announced a new budget-friendly smartphone known as the BLU G91s that comes with slightly upgraded specs over the February-announced BLU G91.
For starter, the new BLU G91s features a large 6.8” IPS LCD display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as a 13 megapixels centered hole-punch camera.
On the rear side of the phone, it comes with an iPhone 13-inspired camera module for it’s triple-camera array that includes a 48 megapixels main camera, 5 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth camera.
Under the hood, the BLU G91s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the BLU G91s draws power from a massive 6,000mAh battery which doesn’t appears to feature any form of fast-charging solution. On the software side, the phone will be shipped with Android 11 out of the box.
