Last month, Huawei began the EMUI 10 closed beta testing for the Huawei Mate 20 series smartphones comprising of Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X, as well as Mate 20 RS Porsche Design.
Right now, the Chinese smartphone maker has announced that they have opened the EMUI 10 public beta for the aforementioned smartphones as well. If everything went well during the public beta, then the EMUI 10 stable update could be rolled out to these devices by the end of the year.
Besides the Mate 20 series smartphones, four other Honor smartphones including Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro, Honor V20 and Honor Magic 2 are also embarking on the Magic UI 3.0 beta – which is essentially a rebranded version of EMUI 10 stipulated for Honor smartphones.
According to the EMUI 10 beta update schedule released by Huawei, the Huawei Enjoy 9S, Huawei Maimang 8 (Huawei Mate 30 Lite), Honor 10 Lite and Honor 20i will be the next in line for the EMUI 10 public beta.
