If you’ve been following the news recently, then you should have heard that the upcoming Google Pixel and Pixel XL could be announced on October 4th next month. In case you do not know, earlier this week we reported that Google has been rumored to ditch the Nexus moniker for their upcoming Sailfish and Marlin handsets and named them Pixel and Pixel XL Respectively.
Today, the Google Marlin smartphone had finally made its debut at Geekbench which revealed some of its core specs in the listing. As revealed by its AnTuTu listing previously, the Google Marlin was listed with a Snapdragon 820 SoC along with 4GB of RAM under its Geekbench listing as well. Under its operating system, it was touted to run on the Android NMR1 which translates to Nougate Maintenance Release 1 confirming that the device will run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
