Google’s I/O 2023 developers conference will be held on May 10. The Pixel 7a midrange is one of the devices that will be unveiled during the event. So far, the rumor mill has leaked plenty of information on the specifications of the Pixel 7a. In a new tweet, reliable tipster Roland Quandt shared some images that revealed key specifications of the Pixel 7a as well as its box contents.
As can be seen in the second image, the Google Pixel 7a’s retail package will include the handset, a quick switch adapter, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a support card. The other image compares the specs of the Pixel 7a with those of its predecessor, the Pixel 6a, which debuted in 2022.

The new leak states that the Google Pixel 7a will arrive with a 6.1-inch display that will offer an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. While it is not mentioned in the leak, the device will feature an OLED panel that will be integrated with a fingerprint scanner.
On the front, the Pixel 7a will feature a 13-megapixel selfie camera. The back panel of the device will have a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The cameras will support up to 8x zoom and offer features like Super Res Zoom and Real Tone.
The exact battery size of the Pixel 7a is not mentioned in the leak. However, it states that the device will support 30W wired as well as 18W wireless charging. The Pixel 7a promises up to 29 hours of battery life. The smartphone will be powered by the Tensor G2 chipset. Past reports have claimed that the Pixel 7a will feature 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
