The Obsidian Black edition of the Pixel 8 Pro shown in the leaked images has a very sleek appeal. The front side of the phone features a punch-hole screen with super-slim bezels. The raised camera bar on the back has a triple camera unit, an LED flash, and a thermometer sensor. The design of the device aligns with its leaked renders, which have emerged in recent days.

As per recent reports, the Google Pixel 8 Pro will arrive with a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED panel that offers a Quad HD+ resolution, a 1H-120Hz variable refresh rate, up to 2,400 nits of peak brightness, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It will feature a 10.5-megapixel front camera, and its back panel will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera with up to 30x digital zoom.
The Tensor G3 chip will power the Pixel 8 Pro. The device will be equipped with a Titan M2 security chip, 12 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will pack a 5,050mAh battery that supports 30W wired and 23W wireless charging. The device will run on Android 14 and come equipped with an IP68-rated chassis.
