According to the outlet, the Galaxy A72 4G is built around a 6.7-inches Super AMOLED display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 90Hz screen refresh rate. The front display features a central hole-punch design to accommodate its 32 megapixels shooter for selfie and video-calling purposes.
Over on its rear side, the Samsung Galaxy A72 4G sports a rectangular camera module which houses a quad-camera system consisting of a 64 megapixels primary shooter, 12 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 8 megapixels telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera.
Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 720G chipset which will be paired with either 6GB/ 8GB RAM, as well as an option between 128GB/ 256GB onboard storage depending on its model. Most importantly, its storage capacity can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep its lights on, there will be a huge 5,000mAh battery which carries fast-charging support via its USB Type-C port. Apart from that, other notable features also include the present of an in-display fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as IP67 certification.
In the European markets, the Galaxy A72 4G is expected to be priced at 449 Euro (US$544) and 509 Euro (US$617) respectively for its 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models.
