Recently, there were speculations suggesting that OPPO will be launching a new A series smartphone known as the OPPO A55 4G on September 27th this month.
While the official launch date of the OPPO A55 4G has yet to be officially announced, we were actually able to get our first look at device courtesy of NCC Taiwan which had published several real life images of the phone on it’s website.
As seen in the images, the OPPO A55 4G appears to sport a hole-punch display upfront which is likely to measure around 6.5” diagonally. Although there isn’t any information pertaining to it’s screen resolution and refresh rate, but we did know that the phone will feature a 16 megapixels selfie camera.
On the flipside, the phone comes with a rectangular camera island with lenses arranged in a rather similar fashion as the OnePlus 9 series smartphones. The three cameras at the back will be lead by a 50 megapixels main camera along with two other auxiliary cameras which are likely to be a macro and depth sensor.
Apart from the images, the same listing had also revealed that the OPPO A55 4G will be equipped with a respectable 5,000mAh battery that comes with 18W fast-charging support.
