As we all know, Realme will be launching the all new Realme GT Neo smartphone on March 31st. This device, unlike the recently announced Realme GT, is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset and will arrive with a more affordable price point.
With less than a week away from its official launch, Realme has also released a new teaser today which revealed the rear design of the handset in full glory. As seen in the teaser, the device’s rear panel comes with an iridescent sheen which seems to feature a “split-design” similar to what we saw on the Realme 8. Other than that, it retains the same rectangular camera island from the Realme GT.
From what we’d learned so far, the Realme GT Neo will be priced below 2,000 Yaun (US$306) to compete with some of the newly unveiled Snapdragon 870-powered smartphones including the like the Motorola Edge S and Redmi K40.
Other than a fresh-looking design and a different chipset, the rest of the specs are expected to remain largely unchanged. Therefore, we can expect to see largely similar specs like 6.43” Super AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, 64MP triple-camera setup, 4,500mAh battery, as well as 65W SuperDart charging support.
