Hisense has released a new teaser video on its Weibo account to confirm that it will be holding a launch event on April 3 in the home country. The new teaser reveals that the smartphone launching on the said date has a round-shaped count on its top-left corner. It seems to be the Hisense U30 phone that the company had kept on display at CES 2019 and MWC 2019 earlier this year.
The Hisense U30 has been approved by the TENAA certification body. It is a Snapdragon 675 chipset powered smartphone. It possesses a punch-hole display of 6.3 inches that produce full HD+ resolution. The smartphone will be coming in two models in China such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It will be lacking a microSD card slot.
The rear panel of the phone has a cowhide leather coating. It features a 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera module. It is fitted with a 20-megapixel selfie shooter. The 4,500mAh battery of the phone will be equipped with support for 18W fast charging. The Android 9 Pie OS will come loaded on the device.
The mid-range Hisense Rock V that has been approved by TENAA is also speculated to debut on April 3 with U30 phone. It features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with waterdrop notch, up to 6 GB RAM, up to 128 GB storage, 8-megapixel front camera, 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera and 5,360mAh battery.
