Honor has announced the Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) smartphone in China. Aimed towards the youth, the smartphone comes with an AMOLED display with tall aspect ratio. It is equipped with 48-megapixel triple rear cameras and it carries support for rapid charging technology. The successor of the last year’s Honor 10 Lite has arrived with a starting price of 1,399 Yuan.
Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) Specifications and Features
The Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) has a 6.3-inch AMOLED with waterdrop notch. It supports full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, in-display fingerprint scanner and always-on display feature. The front and rear sides of the phone are flanked with glass panels. It measures 157.2 x 73.2 x 7.65mm and weighs 172.5 grams.
The Kirin 710F along with up to 8 GB of RAM powers the Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition). It offers users with a native storage of up to 128 GB and a microSD card slot for additional storage. The EMUI 9.1.1 based Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device.
The 4,000mAh battery of the Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) is coupled with 20W fast charging feature. The rear side of the phone features a triple camera system with f/1.8 aperture 48-megapixel main lens, an ultrawide lens of 8-megapixel and a depth sensor of 2-megapixel. For capturing selfie shots, it has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel.
Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) Price and Availability
The Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) editions such as 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage are respectively priced at 1,499 Yuan ($212), 1,699 Yuan ($240) and 1,899 Yuan ($268). These variants will be available for purchase from Oct. 25. From Nov. 11, the company will sell the 1,399 Yuan ($198) priced 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage edition of the Honor 20 Lite. Blue Water Jade, Icelandic Fantasy and Magic Night Black are the color variants of the smartphone.
