Earlier today, Honor has hinted on it’s Weibo microblog that the company will be introducing a new Orange colorway for the Honor 20 series smartphones. According to Honor, the new color option will be announced on November 1st, next month.
Currently, the Honor 20 series comprises of four different devices including Honor 20 Lite (China), Honor 20S, Honor 20, as well as Honor 20 Pro. However, there is no official words whether all devices in the Honor 20 series will be treated with the new colorway.
The introduction of new color option for Honor’s most popular smartphone series will come just in time for the upcoming China’s Single Day sale which will fall on November 11th. This day is usually celebrated with massive sales across the country, and is somewhat similar to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales in the western markets.
Therefore, rolling out a new color is surely one of Honor’s strategies to boost their smartphone sales during the upcoming Chinese Single Day.
