Honor has just launched the Honor Magic 7 and the Magic 7 Pro in China. The brand has already confirmed that they will announce the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design in December of this year. Rumor has it that the brand is currently developing the Honor 300 series for the Chinese market. The lineup may break cover by the end of this month (November) or early next month.
Honor 300 Pro specifications (rumored)
A recent Weibo post indicates that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the highest model in the Honor’s upcoming digital series. Here, he seems to be talking about the Honor 300 Pro handset.
The Honor 300 Pro will have an OLED panel with a micro-quad-curved design. It will offer a 1.5K resolution and a single-point ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the device.
With the SD8G3 chip included, it will compete with upcoming phones expected to have the same chip. These include the Redmi K80, iQOO Neo 10, OnePlus Ace 5, and Realme GT Neo 7.
The leak further states the Honor 300 Pro will support both 100W wired charging and wireless charging. It will have a 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel dual selfie camera system on the front. The rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel main camera, an ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
He further revealed that the Honor 300 will have a flat OLED panel and a Snapdragon 7-series chipset. The entire series, including the standard model, will support 100W charging. He did not reveal the battery size of the series but claimed that it is not very large, which indicates that it could be similar to the Honor 200 series, which features a 5,200mAh battery.
Honor is yet to tease the arrival of the Honor 300 series. However, it appears that the company may share its teasers in the coming days.
