After launching the Honor 60 series smartphones back in December last year, Honor is now back to add on a new model known as the Honor 60 SE in the Chinese market where the phone carries a pretty attractive starting price of just 2,199 Yuan (US$345).
For starter, the Honor 60 SE features a 6.67” OLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, as well as 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. As usual, the screen itself sports a gorgeous dual-curve design with a central hole-punch design that looks elegant on the outside.
Over at the back, the Honor 60 SE comes with an iPhone 13-inspired camera island which houses a triple-cam unit which the company has yet to reveal any information pertaining to the individual lenses. However, we can do know that the main camera will be a 64 megapixels sensor.
Under the hood, the Honor 60 SE is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset just like the OPPO Reno7 5G. This will be coupled with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB built-in storage in the memory department.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone draws power from a 4,300mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support. Unsurprisingly, it’ll be shipped with the company’s custom Magic U1 5.0 based on Android 11 right off the box.
For those who’re interested, the Honor 60 SE is available in a trio of colors such as Green, Blue and Black. It’ll be priced at 2,199 Yuan (US$345) and 2,499 Yuan (US$392) respectively for it’s 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants in the Chinese market.
