The Honor 90 GT debuted last week in China as the company’s first smartphone equipped with 24 GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered phone rivals the likes of the Redmi K70 and upcoming devices, such as the iQOO Neo 9 and the OnePlus Ace 3. Today, the brand carried out the first sale of the device, and shortly after, it released a poster to confirm the result of the first sale.
According to Honor, during the first five minutes of its release, the Honor 90 GT demonstrated impressive performance in the Chinese market, showcasing a remarkable year-over-year growth of 238 percent. This substantial surge in sales not only underscores the device’s popularity but also suggests a significant advancement over its predecessor, the Honor 80 GT, during the same initial sales period last year.
The Honor 90 GT is available in four variants in China, offering consumers options such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage, and 24 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. These models are competitively priced at 2,599 Yuan ($365), 2,899 Yuan ($405), 3,199 Yuan ($447), and 3,699 Yuan ($517), respectively. It comes in three colors, such as black, gold, and blue.
