Huawei has officially announced a new entry-level smartphone known as the Huawei Enjoy 20e in the Chinese market where the phone carries an affordable starting price of just 999 Yuan (US$156).
For starter, the Huawei Enjoy 20e features a 6.3” IPS LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera that handles selfie and video calls.
The rear side of the phone features a pill-shaped camera module which houses a dual-cam setup comprising of a 13 megapixels main camera as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. Likewise, there’s also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
The Huawei Enjoy 20e is powered by either a MediaTek Helio P35 or Kirin 710A chipset which will be paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
The Huawei Enjoy 20e draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery with 10W standard charging speed. Software-wise, the phone will be shipped with EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the Huawei Enjoy 20e is available in a trio of colors including Black, Violet and Green, and is priced at 999 Yuan (US$156) and 1,199 Yuan (US$188) respectively for it’s 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB variants.
