Honor is reportedly working on the Honor Magic 6 series of smartphones for the Chinese market, with speculation suggesting a potential debut in the second week of January 2024. A hands-on image circulating on Weibo seems to depict the Honor Magic 6 Pro, offering a glimpse into the device’s features and providing insights into what can be anticipated from this upcoming smartphone.
The leaked image reveals that the overall design of the Magic 6 Pro is not too different from that of its predecessor, the Honor Magic 5 Pro. The back panel of the device features a round camera module with cameras arranged in a triangular manner and the “100x zoom” text in the center. The leak has no information on the camera specs or other features of the Magic 6 Pro.
According to other reports, the Honor Magic 6 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. According to reports, the Magic 6 Pro will house the one-inch OmniVision OV50K camera sensor as the primary snapper. The camera setup is also said to include a 160-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. While the front of the device is not revealed in the new leak, it is speculated to feature a quad-curved OLED panel with a pill-shaped cutout, which may feature a 60-megapixel dual selfie camera system.
The Magic 6 Pro is also likely to support two-way satellite communication. Since other details of the device are yet to be revealed, it is advisable to wait for further reports to know more about it.
