At the launch event of the Honor 10, the company also announced its first ever notebook called Honor Magicbook. It is a compact device that offers long battery life and impressive performance.
Honor Magicbook Specifications and Pricing
The Honor Magicbook features a 14-inch display that is coated with anit-glare coating. The screen is surrounded by slim bezels of 5.2mm because of which it is able to deliver a screen-to-body ratio of 81 percent. The laptop offers 180-degree opening and it features a full-sized keyboard. It receives power to perform from a 57Wh battery that delivers a battery of up to 12 hours on continuous viewing of Full HD videos.
The Magicbook is powered by Intel’s 8th Core i7-8850 CPU that is coupled with Nvidia MX150 2 GB GDDR5 onboard graphics. It includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage.
There is a lighter variant of the Magicbook that is driven by Intel Core i5 processor. This model includes the same graphics processor found on the i7 model. It has 4 GB of RAM and SSD storage of 256 GB.
The Magicbook is equipped with four speakers and Dolby Surround System. It is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner and carries support for 2×2 MIMO dual-band Wi-Fi. It comes loaded with Windows 10.
The Honor Magicbook comes in colors like Glacier Silver, Star Grey and Nebula Violet. The Core i7 and Core i5 Magicbook models are respectively priced at 5,699 Yuan (~$908) and 4,999 Yuan (~$796). Its pre-orders have started in China and its sales will start on April 23.
