Recently, the official renders of an upcoming Honor smartphone known as the Honor Play 4 Pro had been spotted circulating around Chinese Weibo. Although the official launch date of this device has yet to be announced, but pre-order for the device had already went live in the Chinese market via Vmall.
As usual, no details regarding the device’s specifications were revealed on the listing. However, it do published the official renders of the device in a new “Magic Night Black” colorway which was not seen among the earlier leaks.
In terms of design, the Honor Play 4 Pro will feature a dual hole-punch display accompanied with thin bezels along its sides. At the back, the device will sport a rectangular camera module at the top-left corner which houses a dual-cameras setup along with a LED flash. Its main camera is expected to be a 40 megapixels Sony IMX600Y sensor.
According to earlier speculations, it is widely believed that the Honor Play 4 Pro could be driven by the company’s Kirin 990 5G SoC. The vanilla Honor Play 4 on the other hand, is said to be powered by the latest MediaTek 820 SoC.
Previously, the alleged 3C listing of the device had also confirmed that the Honor Play 4 Pro is able to support up to 40W fast-charging.
