The Honor V20 is launching on December 26. Like the predecessor Honor V10 smartphone from last year, the Honor V20 will be a budget-friendly Kirin 980 chipset driven flagship phone. Chinese tipster with Kumamoto Technology Weibo account has shared a screenshot that reveals the pricing of the two variants of the smartphone.
Even though the above image cannot be completely trusted, it does look legitimate with the official image of the Honor V20 phone placed besides its pricing. The leak reveals that the base model of the Honor V20 will be priced at 2,799 Yuan ($406) whereas the higher version will be costing 3,299 Yuan ($478). The pricing leak suggests that the Honor V20 will be the cheapest Kirin 980 powered smartphone in the market.
The base model of the phone will be equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The higher variant has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is no 8 GB version for the smartphone. Probably, the rumored Honor V20 Maserati Edition could be equipped with 8 GB of RAM.
The Honor V20 will be coming with a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen with hole for the front camera of 25-megapixel. It will be featuring a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. It will also carry support for dual band GPS technology.
